The Health4Life app makes it easy to track all six behaviours and your mood in one place. Want to make a
change? Set your own goals, monitor progress, and explore interactive modules packed with tips to overcome
challenges.
Developed by world-leading experts in health and mental wellbeing from top universities including the University of
Sydney, the University of Newcastle, the University of New South Wales, Northwestern University in Chicago,
the University of Queensland and Curtin University, the Health4Life app is evidence-based, easy to use, and
designed to empower you to be your best, healthiest self.
