The Health4Life Initiative aims to empower young people to improve their physical and mental health and to prevent chronic disease later in life. Based on the best available evidence and aligned with the Australian Health and Physical Education curriculum and NSW PDHPE curriculum, the Health4Life Initiative encourages secondary school students to: be physically active, eat healthily, adopt healthy sleep habits, limit their sedentary recreational screen time, and to remain alcohol and smoke-free.
